While the highest and original purpose of meditation is to help us awaken our inner, spiritual nature, the benefits to body and mind are well established by medical research.
In this welcoming small class environment, you will learn how meditation can reduce stress, improve your health and boost concentration. Lisa Jones will use her own Art of Living Happy meditation techniques to provide a quality-learning environment while offering time for individual questions and in-depth exploration. The class includes guided and silent practice time.
